EXISTE UNA POSIBILIDAD A TRAVES DE LA PAGINA DE SOPORTE INSTANTANEO DE HP, DE QUE TE DEN UN CODIGO Y LA FORMA PARA RESETEAR LA IMPRESORA , Y POSTERIORMENTE LE INSTALAS LOS CARTUCHOS 96 Y 97 Y FUNCIONAN.
